Alison began her career within Insights and Marketing at Johnson & Johnson and CPC (now Unilever), working on a variety of brands, including Johnsons Baby, Band-Aid, Carefree, Knorr and Hellmanns. She then made the move to become a qualitative researcher, working for a range of boutique qualitative agencies: PPCR, The Qualitative Consultancy and Diagnostics. She was a founding partner of Spark Qualitative Research Ltd. in 1997.
Alison lives in Sussex with her husband, three children & two dogs. She is an NLP practitioner. She also has a beach hut and spends far too much time there in the summer eating and drinking!
